Faces by 2 Peterborough, unconditionally guarantees the quality of our products. Please note that our return policy has been adjusted due to health and safety measures derived from COVID-19.
If you find that your order contains a wrong item, simply contact us within 15 days of your delivery and we will refund your money. Please note that at this time we CAN NOT process returns and refunds for makeup products and accessories or tools and that we will only refund shipping charges that are due to an error on our part (shipping the wrong item). Simply send us an email to facesby2ptbo@gmail.com with your order number and the items sent in error.
At this time, due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept product returns. Thank you for bearing with us through these difficult times. We will return to our high level of customer service that you can expect from us soon.
Shipping policy
Due to the high volume of orders we are processing, our shipping and order terms have been adjusted to meet this demand.
Your order of quality food products is brought to your door by Canada Post anywhere in Canada. Orders are charged a shipping fee (plus HST) depending on the total weight of your order. This amount will appear at the Checkout page, before you finalize your order. Shipping fees will also appear in your order confirmation as "shipping charges".
Most products are shipped by the next business day. Please Note that All orders received before 12:00 PM Monday through Friday will be shipped the same business day, all orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day.
In order to track your packages, find the Canada Post tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number in Canada Post web tracker at https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en#/home, to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours after your package was picked up from our fulfillment center before tracking information appears on Canada Post's website.
Orders will be shipped with the items that are currently in-stock at the time of processing. The status of any unshipped items will be communicated after the order has already shipped. If all of the products in your order are unavailable by the time your order is being processed we reserve the right to cancel your order entirely. Refunds on any items missed from your order will be refunded in 24-48 hours past the shipping notice.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Due to current events, please note that at this time:
- We are not able to make product substitutions.
- We are not able to offer rain-checks on sale prices for out of stock items.
- Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept product returns.
